Wyoming official SLAMS Biden administration for tying school lunch program to gender ideology

On Friday, Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Brian Schroeder strongly condemned the Biden administration for linking gender ideology to funding for school lunches.

According to Cowboy State Daily, Schroeder said "I wish to denounce in the strongest terms possible, the Biden Administration’s recent reinterpretation of the USDA's Title IX funding."

In May, the USDA announced on their website that the department, along with the Food and Nutrition Service, "will interpret the prohibition on discrimination based on sex found in Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and in the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008… to include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity."

For State and local funding to continue from these federal programs, they are now required to change their state specific non-discrimination statements to include sexual orientation and gender identity language.
